Thank you for shopping at Blue Ridge Popcorn Company, home of handcrafted gourmet popcorn! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your popcorn will arrive.
📦 Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping Options at Checkout:
- Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Expedited Shipping – available at additional cost
- Free Shipping – available on orders over $100 (before tax & after discounts)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
📍 Delivery Times & Tracking
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking details will be sent via email as soon as your package leaves our kitchen.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
- If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier first.
🍿 Warm Weather Shipping
Gourmet popcorn can be sensitive to heat, especially during the summer months. To help ensure your order arrives fresh and delicious:
- We may limit shipping to Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays and reduce the risk of heat damage.
- Some products may be unavailable for shipping during periods of extreme heat.
- Please consider the weather conditions at your shipping destination before placing an order — we are not responsible for orders shipped to areas with high temperatures if damage occurs due to heat.
We’ll always do our best to deliver your popcorn in perfect condition — thank you for your understanding!
🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon—stay tuned!
🛑 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If this happens, we can reship your order, but additional shipping fees may apply.
